- At least 5 days in advance reservation is required
- Deposit policy: 1 Night 3 Days prior to arrival
- Cancellation policy: 1 Night if cancelled within 3 Day of arrival

Food & Beverage Discount Terms & Conditions
- Dine, save and earn until 30 December 2023 when you present your membership card or virtual card on the IHG One Rewards App.
- 20% off on eligible food, beverages and dining consumed at participating SEAK restaurants and bars (an extension to Dining Privileges).
- Discount is applicable for a maximum of 8 people (including the card holder) dining per member per meal per bill. Only one membership may be used per meal per bill
- Dining discounts are subject to advance reservations and availability. Dining discounts are available at all meal periods in all participating outlets unless otherwise specified.
- Discount excludes alcoholic beverages, meals included within a room rate, seasonal menus, in-room dining, banquets, groups and events bookings, banquet, in-room minibar or any private dining rooms unless otherwise stipulated.
- Discount is not available on cigarettes, flowers, gift and other non-food and beverage items.
- To be eligible for the discount a minimum spend might apply at certain restaurants and bars which will be notified to you by participating restaurants and bars.
- Dining discounts are not applicable in conjunction with any other discounts, offers, promotions, membership program benefits and voucher usage unless otherwise specified.
- VisaCard holders are to call hotel or email hotel and quote “VISA 20% F&B” promotion for booking. For any cancellation or change in appointment, a minimum of 2 hours’ notice in advance is required in order to avoid being charged in full.
