Terms of Payment

Full prepayment is required upon making a reservation.
These promotions are not included for guests with half board & full board packages.
For any cancellations made before December 19, 2023, the full prepayment will be converted to resort credit, which must be utilized by February 14, 2024.
No refund will be provided in the case of a no-show.
