Terms of Payment
- Full prepayment is required upon making a reservation.
- These promotions are not included for guests with half board & full board packages.
- For any cancellations made before December 19, 2023, the full prepayment will be converted to resort credit, which must be utilized by February 14, 2024.
- No refund will be provided in the case of a no-show.
